Every bottle of Tinto Cão is a reason to tell a story! It is the culmination of a desire that became an idea, then a trial, then practice, and finally a great wine that will give enormous pleasure to whoever drinks it! This single-variety wine expresses a whole aesthetic and personal approach to the grape. Often lost in blends, it is used as a complement for its distinctive colouring properties and high acidity. The only commitment was to create a combination that I considered the most harmonious of the three textures (stainless steel, new barrel and used barrel).
