1) The purchase of any product from the Wine-Portugal, Lda Online Shop, legal entity no. , with registered office in Lisbon, Portugal, registered with the Commercial Registry Office of    , entails acceptance of these General Online Sales Conditions. 2) All alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Wine Portugal Online Shop may only be purchased by persons who are of the legal age to do so in their country of residence. If in doubt, contact us.

3) Alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Wine Portugal Online Shop generally contain sulphites.

4) Wine Portugal reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offering presented regarding: products, prices, commercial conditions and services. The images illustrating each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered, and these products may also be out of stock.

5) Wine Portugal may run promotions in its Online Shop, namely through vouchers, which cannot be combined with one another.

6) Despite Wine Portugal's efforts, some products may display an inaccurate price, which is why Wine Portugal verifies prices whenever it processes orders. Consequently, the prices shown in the Online Shop are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer. If the actual price of the product is lower than the advertised price, Wine Portugal will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Wine Portugal will inform the Customer of this by email and await their decision to accept the new price or cancel the order within 72 hours from the date the email was sent.

7) Under Portuguese legislation, all prices shown already include the applicable VAT rates. The applicable VAT rates are 6% for Olive Oils, 13% for Wines, and 23% for Port Wines, Moscatel, Cavas and Champagnes.

8) Wine Portugal makes the following payment methods available in its Online Shop for transactions carried out in Euros (€): Bank Transfer, Multibanco Reference, MB WAY, Google Pay, Apple Pay and VISA/Mastercard Card.

9) If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the Customer will be contacted immediately by our Customer Support service in order to find the most appropriate solution. Orders will only be processed once payment has actually been received; the order itself does not constitute a reservation of the products.

10) The shipping cost for each order is added to the prices shown. Delivery is free if the order exceeds 100€ in mainland Portugal.

Shipments will be made in boxes with a capacity of up to 6 bottles, at a fixed cost of 20€ per box throughout Portuguese territory. During “checkout”, the shipping cost for your order will be displayed.

1 to 6 bottles  – 20€
7 to 12 bottles  – 40€
13 to 18 bottles  – 60€

11) Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery throughout Portuguese territory is estimated at 24 to 48 working hours. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

12) All orders placed in the Wine Portugal Online Shop have a maximum payment period of 72 hours. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

13) All products shipped by Wine Portugal must be checked upon delivery. If the package shows visible damage, the Customer should not accept the delivery and should ask the transport company to return the damaged order. If you notice damage after accepting the order, you must immediately notify Wine Portugal via info@wine-portugal.com, stating the order number.

14) Wine Portugal acknowledges all its Customers' right to withdraw from the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return purchased products within 14 days, under Decree-Law n.º 24/2014, of 14 February, as amended. In the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection (such as wines and other beverages), the right of withdrawal ceases if the products are opened or tampered with after delivery. In the event of a valid return, Wine Portugal will refund the payments received within 14 days, using the same means of payment the Customer used in the initial transaction.

15) All purchases made in the Wine Portugal Online Shop are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Online Sale shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

16) If the Customer is outside mainland Portugal, Wine Portugal hereby informs them that any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively before the Portuguese courts.

17) Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 18 of Law n.º 144/2015, of 8 September, we inform you that the available ADR entity is the Lisbon Consumer Conflicts Arbitration Centre, with the following contact details:
