This wine was born from the simplicity and power of the unique nature of the grapes that grow around and on the mountain. The simplicity of being made with 30% of the ripeness from Fundão, where our very own Portuguese cherries, typical of Beira Interior, come from, and 70% of the freshness that only high-altitude vineyards near the mountain can give a wine, as is the case in Pinhel. A label with only 4 digits separated by a slash awakens our curiosity and makes us realize that the Beira interior has multiple DNAs. That DNA of the sun's strength and the heat that makes a vineyard work even into the night, and the DNA of the cold from our highest mountain that gives us unique freshness. The 70/30 represents not only a blend, but also a balance between Beira Baixa and Beira Alta. From this balance was born the first wine to bring together the strength and freshness of two sub-regions in the incredible Beira Interior region.
